Lionacleit Guesthouse is situated in the township of Lionacleit (Liniclate) on the island of Benbecula in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland

Lionacleit is in the south-west corner of Benbecula and is centrally located for exploring the islands from Berneray in the north to Erisky in the south. It is also centrally located for the main transport links:

Driving from Lochmaddy to Lionacleit takes approximately 45 minutes.  Travelling from Lochboisdale takes slightly longer, at just over an hour, as it is a little further away.  If required we can collect guests by car or provide details of taxi cabs and bus timetables.

'Citylink' provide a bus service form Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness direct to the port of Uig on the Island of Skye. From Uig, the islands of North Uist (Lochmaddy) and Harris (Tarbert), are reached by ferry operated by 'Calmac' (please see above)
