Smiddy steadings is all on one level (no stairs) comprising entrance corridor, 2 bedrooms, large living room/dining area and galley style kitchen. 

Living:  Leather suite, oak furniture and flat screen tv with Freesat and dvd player. 

Kitchen:  Comprises sink, hob, oven, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge (with small freezer compartment). 

Bedroom 1:  Double with ensuite comprising 4' shower cubicle, wc and whb.

Bedroom 2:  Twin bedroom with ensuite comprising bath (with shower over bath) wc and whb.  A third childs bed and/or cot can also be provided.
